Important Dates

The following dates apply to the 2011-12 production period. For submission and repayment deadlines, the forms or repayments must be received in CCGA's office by the deadline stated below.

April 1, 2011	2011/12 Intended Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance available
June 20, 2011	Last date for application of Intended Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance
July 31, 2011	Last date to transfer Intended Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance to Actual Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance. Requires confirmed seeded acreage report from applicable crop insurance agency.
September 1, 2011	First day to apply for Post Harvest Advance
October 1, 2011	2012/13 Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance for Winter Cereals available
December 31, 2011	Last date to apply on 100 % Actual Seeded Advance, if you have not been able to harvest Last date to transfer Actual Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance to a Post Harvest Advance or repay Actual Seeded Pre-Harvest Advance without transfer
March 1, 2012	Last date to apply for Post Harvest Advance
September 30, 2012	Last date to repay 2011/12 Advance
