​​​​​​​​As part of Canada 150 celebrations, February 16th will be Canada's Agriculture Day! This is a day for everyone to come together and celebrate Canadian agriculture and engage in positive dialogue about agriculture and food.

Want to get involved with Canada's Agriculture Day? Try one of the following ways.

• Spread the love on social media. Create a photo collage to showcase what you do throughout the year, with the hashtags #CdnAgDay and/or #IWorkInAg.
• Take a personal ag challenge. Wish five friends a happy Canada's Agriculture Day!
• Give your community a taste of Canadian ag. Invite them to an open house at your operation or business.

How we'll be celebrating​

In addition to the main event in Ottawa, we'll be participating as part of the CropConnect conference in Winnipeg. CCGA will be sponsoring a lunch in the midst of the conference's "Agriculture Awareness Day". This event has keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, an awards banquet, and more -- all part of celebrating agriculture.
