CCGA Named to Aon Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada​

For the first time, a national farmer association has achieved Aon's Best Small & Medium Employers 2018 standing in Canada. The Canadian Canola Growers Association is proud to receive this award, which demonstrates that a small organization can nurture a workplace where employees feel personally connected to a common purpose.

CCGA Wins Employee Recommended Workplace Award

The Canadian Canola Growers Association has won a 2018 Employee Recommended Workplace Award, created to honour companies that put the health and well-being of their employees first. CCGA won in the Small Employers category and is the only Manitoba company to make the list. 

The award is based on scores awarded by the company's own employees on a survey they completed that included questions regarding their work life, personal life, mental health and physical health.​
