For submission and repayment deadlines, forms or repayments must be received in CCGA's office by the deadlines below.

February 26, 2026

2026-27 applications available from CCGA:

April 1, 2026First day that 2026-27 advances start being issued for all commodities.
June 20, 2026
Last date to apply for an Intended Seeding Advance and an Intended Honey Production Advance.
July 31, 2026
Last date to transfer an Intended Seeding Advance to an Actual Seeded Advance or an Intended Honey Production Advance to an Anticipated Honey Production Advance.
December 31, 2026
Last date to: a) transfer an Actual Seeded Advance to a Post-Harvest Advance; b) transfer an Anticipated Honey Production Advance to an Actual Honey Production Advance, or c) to repay an Actual Seeded Advance, or an Anticipated Honey Advance without transfer.
January 31, 2027Last date to make crop and honey advance repayments without providing Proof of Sale Documentation.
March 15, 2027Last date to apply for a 2026-27 Post-Harvest Advance, an Actual Honey Production Advance, or a 2026-27 Fall Livestock Advance.
September 30, 2027Last date to repay 2026-27 advance for field crops, honey, goats, sheep, or lambs. Advances for continuous flow hogs must be repaid within 12 months of the advance issue date or by the end of the production period (September 30, 2027), whichever is earlier.
March 31, 2028Last date to repay 2025-27 cattle or bison advance. Advances for continuous flow cattle must be repaid within 12 months of the advance issue date or by the end of the production period (March 31, 2028), whichever is earlier.

These are the remaining dates that apply to the 2025-26 program. Repayments must be received in CCGA's office by the deadlines below.

March 15, 2026 Last date to apply for a 2025-26 Post-Harvest Advance, an Actual Honey Production Advance, or a 2025-26 Fall Livestock Advance.
September 30, 2026 Last date to repay 2025-26 advance for field crops, honey, goats, sheep, or lambs. Advances for continuous flow hogs must be repaid within 12 months of the advance issue date or by the end of the production period (September 30, 2026), whichever is earlier.
March 31, 2027 Last date to repay 2025-26 cattle or bison advance. Advances for continuous flow cattle must be repaid within 12 months of the advance issue date or by the end of the production period (March 31, 2027), whichever is earlier.
