Due to service disruptions at Canada Post, timely mail service may be impacted. During this time, consider alternative service methods, including:

• Application forms can be completed over the phone or submitted electronically through your online account. You can also send documents by email or fax.

• Making a repayment? For repayments that have a near-deadline, pay directly through your financial institution or visit our Winnipeg office in person. Another option is to have an authorized buyer submit on your behalf at the time of sale, but allow additional time for processing.
