Saskatchewan Oilseed Producer Meetings - November 14-18 - Saskatchewan
David Rosin, Manager of Advance Repayments, will be presenting "Cash Flow to Grain Flow", a primer on the Advance Payments Program and how it benefits your farm marketing plan, at SaskCanola regional meetings from November 14-18:

Powering Your Profits - November 15 - Camrose, AB
Steve Pratte, Policy Manager, and Dave Gallant, Director of Finance & Operations, will both be presenting at ACPC's Powering Your Profits event in Camrose on November 15.
Steve Pratte will be discussing grain transportation in 2016-17, providing an update and overview of the current transportation and export status of the 2016-17 harvest and will highlight several of the high profile grain transportation-related policy, legal developments and initiatives that have been underway in the last several years. Lastly, it will outline several emerging issues the sector will face in the upcoming years.
Dave Gallant will be presenting "Cash Flow to Grain Flow", which will help farmers find out how the cash advance program can enhance your grain marketing plans and how to connect with CCGA on agriculture policy issues affecting canola farmers.
Powering Your Profits is a free event, and goes 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Camrose Best Western Resort and Casino. More information can be found on ACPC's website.
Agricultural Excellence Conference - November 22-24 - Calgary, AB
Dave Gallant will also be hosting a workshop at Farm Management Canada's Agricultural Excellence Conference in Calgary in partnership with David Derwin, Portfolio Manager at PI Financial.
This workshop, titled "Your Farm's Optimal Point", is intended to help farmers get the most of their farming operation by educating them on the best tools to execute their marketing and financial plans. In this session, you'll learn from Dave and David about tools that can help you maximize farm returns, balance risk, and generate the cash flows you need to keep your farm operating at its optimal point.
Dave will also host a table at the event's Resource Showcase, where farmers can meet and ask questions about the advance program and other work undertaken at CCGA.
